Training
Obviously training is delivered as part of Kinetic’s IMPACT implementation methodology and therefore part of the budget allocated to invest in the new system. Ongoing live however, there is a need to continue ongoing training once the system is live and the budget used up, what happens to training?
Once you’re project is live, staff understand only too well why things are done in a particular way and know what needs to be done to make things work. However, as time goes by, new modules are taken on, new people join the organisation and knowledge and skills can be lost.
There are also a number of tasks that are not everyday activities where you would benefit from a little training. Sometimes these are annual tasks, sometimes they result from, say and organisational change.
Change is not something people like; rarely have the time to undertake and therefore training provides a launch platform for change in your organisation.
Training services offered:
Training Needs Requirements
Kinetic will review a clients user knowledge and skill levels. A training needs requirements document is then produced on our findings which give us a platform together to create a training plan. This plan includes such details as location, approach, documentation required and users attending.
On-site courses
Kinetic can deliver training courses at your offices. If you have a training room, or a room which can be set up for training, we can deliver courses based on our standard training course agendas but using your own organisational setup.
Off-site courses
If you prefer your users to be trained off-site, but as a group, away from the many potential distractions of your own offices you could choose to visit Kinetic’s offices or if not convenient location then a designated training partners facilities. These sessions are based on our standard course agendas, on standard demo data.
