Hello,
1. I would hope the panel will include provision for a member/representative of the biggest and most important stakeholder – the tenants – perhaps a leading Tenant Organisation representative could be co-opted onto the group together with a tenant representative from a leading Minority Group Organisation?
2. Leading Homelessness Group/Organisation representative
3. Representative from a Ex Offenders Group.
4. The introduction of “Localism” as in the Uk to free up land for house building
5. The group need to be mindful of land banking by larger housing organisation and the perils that befell this in the Uk.
